Duke of Edinburgh's International Award

Our College is proud to offer the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme for our Secondary students from Year 9 onwards. Pictured are a group of our Year 12 students who recently returned from completing their Gold Level Training Journey in Airlie Beach.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Queensland is a youth development program for people aged 14–24 that encourages personal growth through activities in volunteering, physical recreation, skill development, and an adventurous journey. Participants work toward Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, building confidence, leadership, and community involvement while setting and achieving personal goals.
