The College seeks to serve its community through mutually beneficial relationships with like-minded and reputable external groups who wish to hire College facilities.

All requests for the use of College facilities must be made in writing to the Facilities Manager who will make a determination as to the viability of the request, taking into consideration the following criteria:

  • proposed activity does not conflict with the Christian ethos of the College;
  • the reputation of the individual or group making the request;
  • potential risk of damage or harm incurred by the proposed activity or those making the request;
  • the likely impact on neighbours adjacent to the College site; and
  • the timeframe of the request.

It should be noted that Annandale Christian College facilities are only available at times outside the regular College hours and Annandale Christian College always reserves the right to vary or terminate any agreement in the best interests of the College.
